About the Role

The B2B Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Right At School’s regional sales efforts by executing localized marketing campaigns and providing direct marketing support to sales representatives. This hands-on, execution-driven role focuses on building awareness, engagement, and lead generation among district and school leaders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, the Specialist collaborates closely with each sales rep to deliver effective, on-brand marketing materials and outreach tactics including regional campaigns, event promotions, direct mail, and custom collateral. This is a “roll-up-your-sleeves” position ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done, managing multiple requests, and executing high-quality deliverables on tight timelines.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Execute regional marketing campaigns for sales reps to drive awareness and qualified leads among district and school decision-makers.
  • Coordinate campaign setup and delivery across multiple channels, including:
    • Targeted email marketing
    • Direct mail and print
    • Event-related promotions and follow-up
  • Utilize project management tools and collaborate with Marketing Project Manager to track progress and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.

1:1 Sales Support

  • Partner directly with regional sales reps to fulfill marketing requests such as one-pagers, postcards, and other marketing materials.
  • Tailor and customize approved marketing templates to support territory-specific outreach.
  • Execute localized lead generation and follow-up campaigns to support events, meetings, and district outreach.
  • Provide fast, responsive support for marketing needs tied to territory plans or key accounts.
  • Travel to support sales needs when absolutely necessary

Operations & Reporting

  • Manage campaign lists, segments, and setup in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, clicks, leads, conversions) and share insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain organized systems for campaign documentation, asset libraries, and project workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or education-focused organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise, and adaptable across audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce or similar tools preferred).
  • A self-starter with a strong marketing mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
