This is a 12-month maternity leave contract (with the potential to extend) - the perfect opportunity for a B2B marketer looking to make a measurable impact in a high-performing, supportive team.

About the role

As our B2B Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and execute dynamic campaigns that grow our brand, generate high-quality leads, and drive commercial performance. You'll work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver creative and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted B2B marketing campaigns that boost awareness and sales
• Develop engaging content - from case studies to social media and video
• Implement and manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
• Optimise digital channels to drive engagement and conversions
• Manage agency partnerships to deliver campaigns and events
• Track performance metrics and refine strategies for ongoing improvement

About you

• Degree-qualified in Marketing (or related field)
• Proven experience in B2B marketing (industrial/construction sector ideal)
• Skilled content creator with strong communication abilities
• Strategic thinker with a results-focused mindset
• Collaborative, data-driven, and tech-savvy (Salesforce experience ideal)
