Salary: AED 7,500 per month

Car Allowance: AED 3,000 per month after 3 month probation

OTE: AED 39,000 per month uncapped commission

Sivano is a premium consultancy and marketing partner working with high growth clinics, aesthetics groups, wellness brands, vets, hospitality and professional service businesses across Dubai. We specialise in strategic growth, clarity and high performance execution.

We are now hiring a B2B Outreach and Growth Consultant to help expand our portfolio and open new doors across key industries.

The Role

You will lead the top of the funnel by building targeted prospect lists, conducting structured outbound outreach and securing high quality meetings with owners, directors and senior decision makers.

This role combines phone outreach, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and in person visits, representing Sivano with confidence, clarity and professionalism.

What You Will Do

• Build targeted outreach lists across clinics, aesthetics, wellness, vets, hospitality and professional services

• Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email outreach

• Visit businesses in person B2B door knocking when required

• Secure first meetings with decision makers

• Manage CRM updates and weekly reports

• Represent Sivano’s premium brand in all interactions

What We Are Looking For

• 100 percent fluent English speaker spoken and written

• Two to four years of B2B sales or outreach experience

• Must already be located in Dubai

• Must have previous experience working in the UAE market

• Confident speaking with senior leaders and medical professionals

• Comfortable with outbound calling and field outreach

• Strong communication, clarity and persuasion skills

• Fast paced, proactive and highly organised

• UAE driving licence is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• AED 7,500 per month base salary

• AED 3,000 per month car allowance after probation

• OTE AED 39,000 per month uncapped commission

• Visa and medical insurance if required

• Quarterly bonuses

• Fast track to Senior Consultant or Account Manager roles
