Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
- Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice.
- Bring in new clients for our organization while retaining the existing ones. You will act as the key point of contact for our clients.
- Work with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products, at home and abroad.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Ads/promotions, Communication, Business Management, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for international sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in telemarketing is an added advantage.
