Job description:

To drive business growth by converting leads into successful company formations through effective consultation, timely follow-ups, and professional relationship management. The Business Launch Advisor is responsible for guiding potential clients through the business setup journey, maintaining high conversion rates, delivering accurate information, and ensuring service excellence in line with brand values and sales performance expectations.

1. Generate and manage inbound sales inquiries from multiple channels including phone calls, emails, chat, walk-ins, referrals, and events.

2. Provide professional, consultative guidance to clients regarding company formation, business activity selection, licensing options, visa eligibility, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

3. Follow up on all leads promptly and update lead status, actions, and client notes consistently in the CRM (Zoho).

4. Maintain a high conversion rate by qualifying leads accurately, addressing objections confidently, and closing deals efficiently.

5. Respond promptly to client calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages in alignment with the department’s 24/7 operational coverage and communication standards.

6. Adhere to internal SLA standards for response times across all communication channels, including calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, and face-to-face interactions.

7. Actively support and follow internal Face-to-Face Interaction SOPs to maintain service consistency and professionalism.

8. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handling of client requests, documentation, and service delivery.

9. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and partner activations to build lead pipelines beyond marketing-generated inquiries.

10. Provide accurate and transparent information about license packages, pricing, timelines, and setup processes tailored to client needs.

11. Guide clients from initial inquiry through to final company incorporation and visa processing, ensuring a smooth and informed journey.

12. Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, current promotions, and competitor packages by conducting regular mystery shopping and market analysis.

13. Manage and update the CRM to reflect real-time progress, status, and key communication with prospects and converted clients.

14. Deliver monthly performance reports covering number of leads, conversions, lost opportunities, and performance against targets.

15. Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets as agreed with the Business Development Manager.

16. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism, confidence, and full product knowledge at all times.

17. Maintain the highest standards of grooming, personal presentation, and business etiquette in all client-facing engagements.

18. Demonstrate ownership of client satisfaction from sign-up through handover, actively resolving any service issues with a solution-oriented mindset.

19. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and ensure all clients are treated with courtesy, honesty, and professionalism.

20. Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive Google reviews as part of contributing to the company's online reputation and service credibility.

Prepare ad-hoc tasks, reports or documentation as requested by the line manager.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional certifications in sales, CRM, or customer engagement are a plus.
