Cervello Tech is seeking highly motivated Junior and Senior Sales/Business Development Executives (Male & Female) to join our team in Lahore. This is a dynamic on-site role focused on driving revenue and building strong client relationships within the cutting-edge Audiovisual and Unified Communications sectors.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must have experience in B2B I.T. Hardware/Software sales with a proven track record of managing Local Customers, including Private and Government Organizations.

Product Expertise (Highly Preferred)

A minimum of two years of experience specifically within the business field of these products is highly preferred:

  • Projectors
  • Interactive Displays
  • Video Conferencing Systems
  • IP Phones & PBX Systems and solutions

Core Responsibilities

This role focuses on sales, business development, and client management:

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships within the Audiovisual and Unified Communication sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.

Work Environment & Compensation Detail Information
Office Location: (On-site)IT Tower Shopping Mall, Office No. 9, 2nd Floor, 73-E/1, Gulberg 3, Hali Road, Lahore, Pakistan.
Work Model: This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
Work DaysMonday to Friday
Work Hours9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation Structure (Sales Roles)We are seeking motivated individuals for several Sales/Business Development roles. Positions are differentiated by required experience and corresponding compensation.

Sales/Business Development Officer - Tier 1

  • Experience Required (Male Candidate): 3 years or higher in selling Projectors, Interactive Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, IP Phones & PBX Systems and solutions.
  • Monthly Salary Range (PKR): Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000.

Sales/Business Development Officer - Tier 2

  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years or higher in selling Projectors, Interactive Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, IP Phones & PBX Systems and solutions.
  • Monthly Salary Range (PKR): Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000.

Sales/Business Development Officer - Tier 3

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 2 years in B2B I.T. Hardware/Software sales.
  • Target Customer Experience: Experience with local customers, including Private and Government Organizations.
  • Monthly Salary Range (PKR): Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.

Additional Benefit

  • Fuel Allowance (For Male Candidates Only): An allowance of Rs. 12 per kilometer is provided for official business visits/tasks.
