Job Role: B2B Sales Executive – Mall Leasing & Exhibitions Location: Coimbatore Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA Working Days: 6 Days (Field + Office Role) Job Summary - We are looking for a proactive and energetic B2B Sales Executive who can bring brands to the mall, arrange exhibitions, set up kiosks, and generate revenue by onboarding companies. The role involves both field visits and office-based business development. Key Responsibilities - - Identify and approach brands, companies, and retailers for leasing spaces inside the mall. - Pitch mall spaces for exhibitions, kiosks, pop-up stalls, and short-term leasing. - Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients and partners. - Conduct field visits to meet brand managers, business owners, and agencies. - Prepare and present commercial proposals, leasing options, and business plans. - Coordinate with mall management for space allocation, event setup, and approvals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Monitor market trends and identify potential business categories suitable for the mall. Candidate Requirements - - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable with field visits and B2B interactions. - Good presentation and client-handling ability. - Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
