Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling digital marketing, software, or AI services to businesses. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships, and closing high-value deals with clients across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Set appointments, conduct product/service presentations, and manage the sales cycle from pitch to close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that address client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide detailed feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within digital marketing, software, or AI services.
  • Demonstrated success in working with local and international clients.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, appointment setting, and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and performance.
