Inside Sales Executive / Education Sales Counselor – Raising Superstars (Santacruz, Mumbai)

Location: On-site – Santacruz (Mumbai Head Office)
Job Type: Full-time | 6-day work week (10 AM – 7 PM)
Salary: 15–20% hike on current CTC (negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Inside Sales Executives / Education Counselors to engage with parents, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the right programs for their children. You will handle inbound leads, follow up, and drive enrollments through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Convert prospects into paying customers for our flagship programs
  • Upsell and cross-sell advanced courses and learning kits
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines
  • Achieve daily call and monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams for smooth operations

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of B2C inside sales / telesales / customer success experience (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRMs, spreadsheets, and online meeting tools
  • High energy, empathy, and consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable with a 6-day work schedule
