We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to assist in our sales function across key industry segments such as personal care, home care, and FMCG.
Key Responsibilities
· Executing sales strategies to drive growth in the fragrance segment.
· Target new business opportunities across personal care, pharma, detergents, and confectionery.
· Acquire new B2B clients while handing existing client relationships.
· Arrange and conduct client meetings, understand customer needs, and propose tailored solutions using our fragrance portfolio.
· Work closely with the R&D, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
· Coordinate with the fragrance lab to develop customized solutions that meet market trends and client briefs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (MBA is a plus.)
· 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fragrance, FMCG, or chemical industries.
Skills & Competencies
· Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting systems.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
