We’re looking for a leader to own INO’s B2B partner journey end-to-end—someone who can turn our science-backed products into meaningful, long-term partnerships across selective retail, corporate programs, and curated brand experiences. You’ll shape how INO shows up in the world and build relationships that grow with us.


What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the end-to-end B2B partner journey — including enterprise sales cycles from multi-stakeholder discovery to proposal, procurement & legal alignment, negotiation, close, onboarding, and renewal.
  • Translate INO’s science into clear partner value — craft concise decks, offers, and pilot proposals.
  • Build and expand a qualified partner portfolio; open new verticals with repeatable, scalable models.
  • Co-create activations with Marketing — align campaigns, collateral, and launch calendars to partner needs.
  • Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales experience.
  • Monitor market and competitor moves; refine positioning, commercial offers, and playbooks accordingly.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years in B2B sales / partnerships / key accounts (beauty, wellness, lifestyle or adjacent).
  • Proven record of hitting targets and building long-term partner relationships.
  • Strong communication & negotiation; comfortable cross-functionally (procurement, HR, product, ops).
  • Curiosity for science-led products and the skill to translate product truth into partner value.
