ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We offer an end-to-end B2B solution for selling products and services.
- New Business Development, including prospecting, understanding requirements, and proposing solutions for admission and recruitment needs of clients (new, existing, and potential).
- Customizing solutions by leveraging the product mix.
- Building compelling proposals, negotiating, closing, and collecting.
- Cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
- Constantly enhancing the wallet share and mind share of existing clients.
- Working in cross-functional teams.
- Consistently meeting KPIs and set business targets.
- Understanding of Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or SME.
REQUIRED SKILLS: FIELD & INSIDE SALES
- Good in verbal and Oral Communication.
- Experience in the IT or Education sector is required.
- Experience in acquiring new clients is essential.
- Experience in managing a group of sales individuals.
- Converting leads received through various marketing channels.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve assigned goals.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets aligned with team and organizational objectives.
- Identifying references from the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline.
- Managing Customer Relationships.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned products/geographies, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
ROLE: ENTERPRISE & B2B SALES.
- Type: Experience in the Internet & Dotcom industry or with an educational & job portal company will be an added advantage.
- Area: Sales & Business Development.
- Educational Qualification: Any UG or PG - Any Specialization.
- Experience: More then 3 years
