Location: Cairo, Egypt (Based in Heliopolis) | Full-time

Rimo Tours Group is expanding Rimo Global , our all-in-one B2B travel distribution platform enabling travel agencies and corporates to book hotels, transportation, and activities worldwide through a single, seamless system.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a proven track record in travel distribution and strong experience selling to retail travel agencies (B2A) and/or corporate accounts .


What You’ll Own

This role combines new business acquisition and key account growth . You will build a strong pipeline, onboard partners, drive activation, and increase booking volume across our multi-product inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and onboard travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate travel accounts
  • Present and position Rimo Global as a competitive multi-product alternative to leading B2B platforms
  • Drive partner activation and improve booking performance post-onboarding
  • Build and execute account growth plans across hotels + transfers + activities
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, credit/payment structures where applicable
  • Track and report key KPIs (pipeline, sign-ups, activation rate, booking volume, margin, retention)
  • Coordinate with product, operations, and supply teams to improve conversion and competitiveness
  • Conduct regular partner visits and training sessions
  • Represent Rimo Global at industry events and networking activities
Requirements
  • Strong B2B travel sales background with relevant distribution/wholesale/platform experience
  • Proven experience selling to travel agencies (must) and/or corporates (plus)
  • Solid understanding of B2B travel platform dynamics:
  • agency onboarding and activation
  • pricing/markup/margin fundamentals
  • promotions and commercial levers
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with CRM-based sales execution
  • Excellent English
Highly Preferred
  • Experience with B2B regional platforms
  • Existing network of active travel agencies
  • Experience scaling multi-product platforms (not hotels-only)
