Key Responsibilities:

 Portal Management:

Manage and maintain company profiles across B2B platforms including IndiaMART,

GEM, Project India, and others, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.

 Inquiry Handling:

Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-potential

inquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up.

 Lead Nurturing Support:

Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record of

conversion status and regularly updating sales personnel.

 Content & Listing Optimization:

Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images,

certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility.

 Campaign Coordination:

Engage with IndiaMART and other platform representatives to explore and

implement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic.

 Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response

timelines, and lead conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

 1–3 years of experience managing online sales or B2B platforms (IndiaMART,

Project India, GEM, etc.).

 Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.

 Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.

 Familiarity with basic sales support and lead management processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
