Are you a seasoned FMCG professional with deep expertise across Modern Trade (MT) , Key Retailers (KR) , and General Trade (GT) channels? Do you excel in distributor management and executing strategic channel programs that drive growth? If yes, we want to meet you.


🔍 About the Role

As B2C Senior Channel Manager , you will own and optimize all B2C trade channels—including MT, KR, GT—and distributor operations across consumer channel models. You will lead the development and deployment of business plans that fuel brand growth, drive KPIs, and enhance market share across your channels.

You’ll lead channel teams to execute strategic initiatives aligned with regional standards, enforce consistent brand image via 4Ps & 3Ps, and drive marketing & awareness programs. In addition, you’ll carry out competitor & market research to generate insights that shape managerial decisions.


📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver channel sales volume, operating profit, and growth by category
  • Monitor performance vs. plan, recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Design and execute business plans for key customers aligned with strategic priorities
  • Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) for better coverage, distribution efficiency, and penetration
  • Translate strategy into field actions—ensuring high standards across execution
  • Achieve channel coverage, core distribution, and point-of-purchase (POP) objectives
  • Propose improvements to sales structure, resource allocation, and efficiency
  • Safeguard financials through timely debt collection in line with payment terms
  • Monitor customer & competitor activity; provide actionable insight to management
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate your channel sales team; build capability and readiness for succession

🎯 Requirements

Must-haves

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years in FMCG B2C sales & distribution
  • Strong track record in direct operations & distributor management
  • Experience managing large teams and achieving sales targets
  • Deep RTM & channel strategy experience

Preferred

  • Leadership within multiple B2C channels (MT / KR / GT)
  • Proven ability to mold sales structure & resource optimization
