The Revenue Cloud Team Lead role is crucial in leading a team of consultants to bridge the gap between client business processes and Salesforce solutions, with a specialized focus on Revenue Cloud functionalities. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, the ability to tailor solutions that align with client needs, and strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Revenue Cloud Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high quality delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce and Revenue Cloud needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on Revenue Cloud.
  • Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations, especially within the Revenue Cloud modules.
  • Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Build internal Go To Market (GTM) accelerators for Revenue Cloud
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
  • Manage team performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Team leader managing a group of individual contributors
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Revenue Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client facing interaction.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Fluency in English.
