9:00 AM to 7:00 PM & 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain purchase-related data (purchase orders, supplier details, GRN, invoices, etc.) in company systems or Excel.
- Prepare and update daily purchase reports and stock registers.
- Maintain vendor contact list and track order status and pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for order follow-ups and supplier communication.
- Check and verify bills, quotations, and purchase documents for accuracy.
- File and organize all purchase-related documentation (digital and physical).
- Support in preparing MIS reports, purchase summaries, and comparison sheets.
- Assist in maintaining data accuracy and ensure timely updates in ERP or database.
- Handle email correspondence related to purchase and supplier updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong data entry and Excel skills (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of purchase and inventory documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Qualification:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate in Commerce or related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry or back office work (preferably in purchase or accounts department).
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
