Job Title: Back Office Executive (FEMALE)
Location: Siliguri
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations, data entry, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records in internal systems.
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and assist with compliance-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage email communications, file management, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to senior team members in routine office operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a back-office / admin role.
  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
