Job Title: Back Office Executive (FEMALE)
Location: Siliguri
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain and update client records in internal systems.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and assist with compliance-related tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage email communications, file management, and basic administrative tasks.
- Provide support to senior team members in routine office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a back-office / admin role.
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
