Job Title: Back Office Sales Coordinator

Head Office - Siliguri

  • Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders for cement, concrete, aggregates, or other construction materials.
  • Communication with the Clients, Selling, Clients relationship.
  • Coordinate with clients, transporters, and dispatch teams for timely material delivery.
  • Cold calling and Follow up calls
  • Handle daily order processing, delivery tracking, and follow-up on pending dispatches or payments.
  • Support the sales team with price updates, customer communication, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain and update sales MIS, stock reports, and customer databases.
  • Liaise with the accounts department for invoice preparation, payment status, and credit note follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, or product information requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure filing and documentation of all sales correspondence, agreements, and dispatch details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
