  • Order Processing: Accurately and promptly process new sales orders, quotes, and contracts in the CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Documentation: Prepare, manage, and file all sales-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and commission sheets.
  • Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Sales Team and other departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Production) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Follow-Up: Track the status of active orders and coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure promised delivery timelines are met.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer contact information, sales activity logs, lead status, and pipeline stages.
  • Data Entry: Perform high-volume, accurate data entry related to customer transactions, payments, and sales team activities.
  • Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS (Management Information System) reports, analyzing sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
