About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js) with a strong background in building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing server-side logic, ensuring responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end systems.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
• Implement security and data protection practices in backend systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and manage data flow efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Express.js, redis,and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
