1. Checking of Purchase order with

Quotation.

2. Checking of price and quantity is

matching.

3. Any mismatch inform the client to

send revised PO.

4. Once the revised mail comes,

recheck the mismatch numbers

whether price or quantity.

5. Other task of reverting to client mail,

query.

6. Must know Tally & Excel is must.

7. Can write basic mail to customer.
