We are looking for an experienced Back-End Executive to support project operations by managing material purchases, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely updates to the management. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple project requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have good knowledge of materials used in civil and construction projects.
  • Manage purchase of materials based on site requirements and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and material records.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to different project sites through consistent follow-up.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations and apply strong negotiation skills to secure the best rates.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for daily material updates.
  • Maintain and update material tracking sheets, logs, and other project documentation.
  • Provide regular status reports and communicate delays or issues to the Managing Director / Project Manager.
  • Support project operations by ensuring smooth communication between office and site.

Qualifications:

  • Any Degree / Diploma.
  • 5–6 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or back-end operations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
