Location: Mumbai – Airoli

Shift timings – 6pm to 3am IST

Flexi to WFO

Immediate Joiners/Lesser Notice Period candidates preferred


Responsibilities:

  • Initiating background checks and drug checks as per client requirements for onsite and offshore.
  • Follow-ups with vendor for updates, expediting checks and updating ERM’s/ recruiting team on the status.
  • Update BGV tracker for every case with all updating on a regular basis
  • Receiving & reviewing, all requests; tracking, monitoring and follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and process completion.
  • Perform quality checks on the reports shared by the vendor to ensure Background Verifications are complete and data is recorded correctly.
  • Issue of BGV letters as per client requirement
  • Interact with the ERM/ employee for missing documents or incomplete data
  • Communicating regularly with ERM’s regarding screening and verification of employees for smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Proficiency in generating weekly/ monthly MIS reports
  • Invoice processing


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline
  • Should have prior Background Verification experience of 5 -9 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Flexi to travel on their own transportation
