Position Overview

We’re looking for a Bag & Accessories Designer who can bring creativity and functionality together. You’ll be working closely with the design and production teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute collections of women’s handbags, slings, clutches, and small leather goods that reflect the brand’s style and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research upcoming fashion trends, colors, and materials relevant to the brand’s design DNA.
• Develop seasonal collections of bags and accessories from concept sketches to sampling.
• Create detailed tech packs, mood boards, and color/material stories.
• Coordinate with the Sampling and Production teams for prototype development.
• Ensure functionality, durability, and finish standards are maintained in all designs.
• Work with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to ensure visual consistency and storytelling in product launches.
• Contribute creative ideas to photo shoots, campaign styling, and lookbook planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accessory Design, Leather Design, or Product Design (NIFT, NID, or equivalent preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of materials, hardware, and construction techniques.
• A keen eye for detail, trend relevance, and functionality.
• Passionate, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
