About the Opportunity

We are launching an exciting new home-based venture focused on delivering high-quality, creative baked goods—including custom cakes, specialty cookies, and delicious pastries. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to be a core part of this creative endeavor. Key Responsibilities

The Baker will be responsible for the full production cycle of our baked goods, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity:

• Production Baking: Prepare and bake a range of products including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and various pastries from scratch, following established recipes and ensuring perfect consistency.
• Decoration & Finishing: Expertly decorate cakes and cookies, demonstrating proficiency in frosting techniques, piping, fondant work, and custom designs.
• Creative Development: Actively contribute ideas for new seasonal menu items, flavor profiles, and decorative techniques to keep our offerings fresh and appealing.
• Inventory & Organization: Manage ingredient stock, track inventory needs, place orders, and ensure the baking area (kitchen) remains clean, safe, and highly organized in line with Bahrain food safety standards.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of presentation, taste, and texture across all products.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience (professional or dedicated home-baking) specializing in cakes, cookies, and pastries. Experience with customized and themed baked goods is highly desirable.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the craft of baking and a desire to contribute creatively to a new venture.
• Hygiene: Commitment to excellent food handling and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Reliability: Highly reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to meet production deadlines and customer order schedules.
• Communication: Clear communication skills for discussing orders and collaborating on menu development.
