Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Bakery Manager / Operations Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, manage staff efficiently, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service. This role combines operational oversight, team management, and strategic planning to drive bakery success.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the bakery team, including bakers, helpers, and counter staff.

Plan and schedule daily production to meet customer demand and maintain product quality.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products; coordinate with suppliers.

Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Maintain bakery equipment and ensure timely maintenance or repairs.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special orders professionally.

Track sales, expenses, and overall bakery performance; assist in budgeting.

Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating bakery staff.

Support marketing initiatives and product promotions to drive sales.

Prepare reports for senior management on production, sales, and operational metrics.

Proven experience in bakery management, production, or operations (3+ years preferred).
