About the Role
Kind Crumbs is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person who enjoys variety and can move comfortably between office tasks, customer service, and hands-on production work. This part-time hybrid role supports both our administrative and bakery teams, helping keep daily operations running smoothly in a small, collaborative environment.
Administrative & Customer Support
- Set up new wholesale customer accounts and keep information accurate and organized
- Assist with simple website and product updates (pricing, labels, content edits)
- Help manage ingredient and supply ordering (stock checks, placing orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining COAs)
- Provide friendly customer support via phone/email and help with basic order coordination
- Keep digital documents, checklists, and SOPs organized
- Support basic marketing tasks as needed
Production Support
- Assist with light production tasks such as scooping, finishing, packaging, labeling, pulling orders, dishes and cleaning
- Help with deliveries when needed
- Support production during busy periods to ensure timelines are met
Ideal Candidate
- Extremely reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable juggling changing priorities and wearing multiple hats
- Strong communication skills — friendly and professional
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Tech-savvy: comfortable learning Shopify and basic label software
- Able to do light physical tasks (lifting up to 30 lbs, moving boxes, etc.)
- Loves being part of a small team where everyone supports each other
- Experience in food service, bakery, or small business operations is a plus but not required
Work Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 24 hours/week
- Weekdays
- Occasional early morning or weekend shifts possible for special events and busy seasons
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
