Bancruptcy/Debt Lawyer

Qualifications

· The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with bankruptcy law and debt settlement, familiar with consumer protection laws (FDCPA, FCRA, etc)

.Active Florida Bar membership required;

· Ability to work on high volume cases;

· 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation;

· Must be able to file pleadings and attend hearings;

· Ability to meet with clients they are representing;

· Excellent negotiation and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;

• Proven experience in managing complex collections cases ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Expertise in financial transactions, debt negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong negotiation skills with an ability to achieve favorable outcomes for the clients;
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
