The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lawyer to join our Melbourne Banking and Finance team, supporting Monique Stella. The role is primarily focused on front-end banking and finance and will include a range of matters including corporate finance, property and construction finance, fund work, asset finance, receivables financing and advisory work in multiple fields including PPSA.

There will be opportunities to collaborate with other teams, in particular, Insolvency, Property and Corporate practice groups. You will work with key clients and the matters you will be involved in are significant, complex, and exciting and both cross-border and domestic.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years' experience as a banking and finance lawyer, or have a strong interest in pursuing a career in this area of law. We are seeking a lawyer who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience and can work independently on matters. You must have excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic.
