We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Personal Loan Sales Executives with prior DSA experience in the UAE to join our Mashreq Bank channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in personal loan sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Mashreq Bank Personal Loan products to salaried customers.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, cold calling, and field activities.
- Collect and verify required documentation as per Mashreq Bank and company policy.
- Ensure complete and accurate application processing in coordination with the back-office team.
- Maintain compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines at all times.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and contribute to repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in Personal Loan sales (DSA channel) – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking products and loan processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Should be currently based in the UAE.
- Candidates with experience in Mashreq, ADCB, RAKBANK, or Emirates NBD loan products will have an added advantage.
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience and performance)
