Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and energetic Female Banquet Coordinator to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating banquet events, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate banquet functions, from planning to execution.
  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams to ensure event success.
  • Prepare event reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Supervise setup, service, and closing of banquet functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquet or event coordination (preferably in catering or hospitality).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
