Grand Royal Banquet Hall, Muridke is looking for a responsible, experienced, and energetic Banquet Hall Manager to manage daily operations, handle bookings, supervise staff, and ensure excellent service for all events including weddings, corporate functions, and parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the banquet hall
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and contracts
  • Coordinate with décor, catering, kitchen, and service teams
  • Supervise staff performance and duty rosters
  • Ensure high-quality customer service during events
  • Handle client complaints professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline
  • Monitor expenses and report to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in a banquet hall, hotel, or event management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure during events
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
  • Honest, disciplined, and professional attitude
  • Candidates from Muridke or nearby areas preferred
