Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality is an added advantage, but you can apply if you have customer service experience.

2. Age Group - 28 to 40 Years Old

3. Ability to communicate in English, Tamil and Hindi - Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.

4. Ability to wake up early if there is an event in the morning at 3 AM or 5 AM

5. Ability to supervise the staff of the venue and train them to work efficiently.

Job Description

1. Property Show Around to potential guests who want to book the venue.

2. Calculation of event expenses to be charged to customer and ensure payment collection if required.

3. Supervision of Housekeeping staff to ensure the operation procedures are met.

4. Supervision of support staff such as electrician, gardeners, cleaners and security.

5. Point of contact with customer for event support and guest satisfaction.

6. Maintenance of accounts for spend on the operational requirements.

7. Weekly Accounts Report preparation of expenses in the venue.

8. Preparation of the venue for the guest 2 hours before the event.

9. Supervision of Maintenance issues in the property and timely action to fix the issues.

10. Organizing Valet Parking, Gas Cylinders, Water Can and any additional requirement from the caterers or the guests to operate the event.

11. Monitoring the presence of all the staff in the venue and optimizing the productivity of each employee in the venue.

12. Daily event briefing at the venue 3 days before each event.

13. Arrangement of extra mattress, reviewing of rooming list and last minute requests of the guests.

14. Maintaining a par stock level for cleaning items and operational requirements.

15. Purchase of basic operational requirements on a bi-weekly basis from vendors.

16. Communication with management team on challenges before, after and during an event.

17. Preparation of an event closure with the charges owed by the guest to the company and collection of the charges at the end of each event.

18. Monitoring the housekeeping supervisor on Laundry cycle with the vendor - Damages and Discrepancy in the amount of laundry received and charged for.

19. Regular training based on the SOP and checklist provided by the management to the staff in-house.

20. Communication with the event guest to identify any last minute requirements.

21. Ability to make things right if the guest is upset on the date of the event.

22. Increase guest satisfaction and collect reviews from guests based on the events.

23. Handling petty cash float for operational expenses and providing an update on the expenses on a weekly basis.

24. Ability to reconcile daily event's payment collection if there are any add-on services form the guest.

25. Weekly meetings to accurately monitor event flow and arrangement of services required by the guests for their events - Including chair setup, dining hall utilization, check-in and check-out time for rooms by the guest, extra mattress requirement.

26. Sales Proficiency - Ability to sell the hall with product knowledge and increase the revenue of the hall.

27. Maintenance of linen inventory, kitchen equipment, electrical equipment faults, operational expenses on an excel sheet for bi-weekly review with the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
