KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily bar operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the luxury standards
  • Lead and train a professional bar team
  • Oversee service, ambiance, and bar performance
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Develop innovative beverage menus
  • Ensure efficient stock control and supplier coordination
  • Organize promotions, events, and beverage activations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls
  • Conduct regular service and product knowledge training
  • Foster team motivation and excellence; conduct regular check in conversations
  • Ensure the grooming standards are adhered to

Qualifications

  • Excellent reading, written and oral proficiency in English
  • Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service
  • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • High degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy and determination
  • Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
  • Strong background in bartending and menu engineering with wine
  • Exceptional spirit and liquor knowledge
  • Candidate should be up-to-date when it comes to F&B trends, and knowledgeable of the successful concepts
  • The candidate should be aware of the digital platform to enhance the exposure of the F&B offer
