Job Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our upcoming steakhouse concept in R.A.K. This dual role requires someone passionate about coffee-making and providing excellent table service. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality beverages and deliver a premium dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and mocktails.
• Maintain food safety standards and handle coffee equipment.
• Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Assist in upselling and achieving sales targets.
• Handle guest inquiries and ensure cleanliness of the dining area.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques (e.g., espresso, latte art).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior UAE experience is a plus.

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
