Job Summary:

Blumen Coffee & Sweets Shop is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. The Barista should be energetic, customer-oriented, and maintain a professional attitude while contributing to a welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation for all drinks served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, coffee bar, and equipment.
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at all times.
• Maintain professionalism in reception and demonstrate good behaviour with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; inform management of shortages.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and café cleanliness standards.
• Assist with restocking and preparation during opening and closing shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso, latte art, brewing methods, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
• English language skill is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork attitude.
