1. Customer Service

2. Beverage Preparation
- Prepare all hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours.
3. Coffee Quality Management
- Calibrate machines daily to ensure the best extraction and flavor.
- Grind coffee beans as required, ensuring correct dose and texture.
- Monitor freshness of beans, milk, and ingredients.
4. Equipment Handling
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, and POS systems.
- Perform routine cleaning of coffee machines and follow maintenance guidelines.
- Report any machine malfunction immediately.
5. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure proper storage of all ingredients and supplies.
6. Teamwork
- Coordinate with baristas, servers, and supervisors for smooth operations.
- Support during busy hours and assist in other tasks when needed.
7. Customer Feedback
- Handle complaints politely and escalate to supervisors if required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through service quality.
