Barista

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment correctly.
• Maintain high standards of drink quality, taste, and presentation.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Keep the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in training new staff on drink preparation and service standards (optional).
• Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and professionally.
• Support other café operations as needed.
