Barista

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Barista to create exceptional coffee drinks and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, etc.) and other coffee beverages
• Assist with coffee grinding, brewing, and maintaining equipment
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety guidelines
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Keep track of inventory and assist with stock management
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, including seasonal specials, and provide recommendations to customers
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth café operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality beverages
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for learning about new brewing techniques and trends
• Willingness to relocate is essential

Preferred:

• Experience with alternative brewing methods (e.g., pour-over, French press, siphon brewing)
• Knowledge of coffee beans and roasts
• Previous experience working in a café or coffee shop environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
