Job Title: Barista – Specialty Coffee & Healthy Café Concept

About the Role:
OSK is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Baristas who are passionate about specialty coffee, quality service, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Candidates must have solid knowledge of coffee preparation, consistency, and customer service within a premium or healthy café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Actively engage with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure a welcoming café atmosphere.
• Follow OSK recipes, standards, and beverage preparation SOPs including hot, cold & healthy drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and beverage ingredients, and report requirements on time.
• Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
• Support overall café operations during peak hours and assist team members as needed.
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
• Participate in trainings for new drink developments and seasonal specials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years Barista experience in a specialty coffee shop or healthy café concept.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brewing methods, and machine calibration.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with consistency.
• Positive attitude and passion for coffee and guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
