Barista

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys providing excellent customer service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with accuracy and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and equipment.
• Handle cash/point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
• Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with café opening and closing duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-service role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
