Barista – Café / Coffee Station Specialist

• High school diploma or equivalent, barista training/certification preferred, plus minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience preparing specialty coffee beverages.
• Candidate with prior Barista experience in a café, hotel or hospitality setting who can operate espresso machines, grinders, and beverage equipment with precision and deliver consistent quality.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks to brand standards; take customer orders, process payments, maintain cleanliness of the coffee station; restock supplies and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, team-player mindset, knowledge of various brewing methods and drink recipes.
