We’re Hiring – Front Sales Executive (Bark Platform Specialist)

Globo Tech Solutions is looking for a talented and driven Front Sales Executive with hands-on experience in managing and closing leads through the Bark platform.

Job Description:
As a Front Sales Executive – Bark Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging inbound leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into successful business opportunities. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in revenue generation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert leads received via the Bark platform.
• Communicate with prospects to identify their needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Share feedback on lead quality and market insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in frontline sales, preferably working with Bark platform leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales will be an advantage.

Working Hours:
12:00 PM TO 09:00 PM
