Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
  • Engage guests with knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, providing personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
  • Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations in line with resort policies.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with genuine hospitality.
  • Create and present signature drinks and participate in beverage innovation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock usage and ensure replenishment of supplies.
  • Support training and development initiatives within the beverage team.
