Tipsy Egg isn’t your average breakfast spot — we’re the bold, playful, and slightly cheeky brunch destination where craft cocktails meet comfort food. We’re looking for an experienced Bartender/Shift Lead who’s got equal parts skill behind the bar and leadership on the floor.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft cocktails and pour with precision, flair, and personality
• Lead by example — set the tone for upbeat, high-energy service
• Support daily operations and communicate with management
• Keep the vibe fun, professional, and consistent with our “elevated but cheeky” style
• Help train and mentor new team members
• Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and prep standards

Who You Are:

• Experienced bartender (2+ years preferred) with a passion for hospitality
• Comfortable taking charge and keeping the floor moving smoothly
• Energetic, dependable, and cool under pressure
• Obsessed with great drinks, teamwork, and guest experience
• Must have valid AZ Title IV certification
