Key Responsibilities
- BCP & DR Strategy
- Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies aligned with organisational policies and ISO standards (ISO 22301, ISO 27031).
- Risk & Impact Analysis
- Collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments for critical processes and systems.
- Recovery Planning
- Develop and validate recovery strategies ensuring **RTO** (Recovery Time Objective) and **RPO** (Recovery Point Objective) targets are achieved.
- Testing & Compliance
- Lead or participate in periodic BCP/DR testing, audits, and compliance checks; review DR test results and close identified gaps.
- Continuous Improvement

Maintain updated documentation, track corrective actions, and drive improvements through lessons learned and audit findings.
- Familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 27031, and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience with cloud DR solutions (AWS/Azure native tools).
- Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
