Overview
Lead JD Technology's investment and financing affairs in Hong Kong and international markets, covering capital operations, structured finance, asset management, and partnership expansion.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key local and international capital partners (including family offices, institutional investors, hedge funds, sovereign funds, etc.) to expand financing channels and investment networks.
- Design and execute cross-border financing, M&A, equity investment, and capital market initiatives aligned with JD Technology's business strategy.
- Support senior management in capital strategy planning, promoting the implementation of asset securitization, RWA, and digital finance innovation projects.
- Research Hong Kong and global financial market dynamics, monitor policies, capital flows, and industry trends to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in investment banking, securities, or asset management in Hong Kong, with deep understanding of local capital markets and financial regulations.
- Education: Master's degree or above from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related fields; graduates of globally renowned business schools preferred.
- Network: Strong connections with Hong Kong and international capital providers, family offices, and institutional investors, with proven resource integration and relationship-building skills.
- Skills: Solid financial modeling, capital operation, and cross-border transaction structuring capabilities.
- Traits: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to drive projects independently. Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).
- Age preference: Under 40, with high professionalism and resilience.
Preferred Background
- Experience at globally recognized investment banks, top securities firms, or large asset managers, with involvement in cross-border M&A, IPO, or private financing projects.
- Familiarity with digital assets, RWA, and emerging FinTech ecosystems in Hong Kong.
- Prior fundraising experience in startups or large internet/tech companies.
