About Us:
Ripeseed is looking for Business Development Interns (Leading to Full Time Job). Fresh graduates, who are seeking to learn high-in-demand skills can apply for the opening. We offer an Internship leading to permanent job to build both leadership and professional skills of fresh graduates or undergraduate.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

- Assist in developing and executing strategies to attract new clients.

- Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).

- Excellent verbal, writing and communication skills

- Should have knowledge about freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru etc.

- Should have knowledge of the lead generation process.

- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth

- Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Time management skills.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
