Position Title: Sales BDC Representative
Department: Sales – Centralized Business Development Center (BDC)
Reports To: BDC Director / General Sales Manager

Position Summary:

The Sales BDC Representative supports the centralized Business Development Center for two Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealerships. This role is the first point of contact for potential sales customers, managing inbound and outbound communications, setting appointments, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales teams at both stores. The representative is critical in driving showroom traffic, maintaining high-quality customer experiences, and contributing to sales growth across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound sales inquiries (phone, internet, chat) for both CDJR dealerships in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactively follow up on internet leads, third-party leads, and dealership website inquiries.
  • Set and confirm appointments for both dealerships, ensuring even distribution of opportunities.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, properly tagging leads to the correct store.
  • Communicate with sales managers and sales staff at both stores to ensure customers are properly greeted and assisted.
  • Provide customers with initial information on inventory, promotions, financing programs, and dealership offerings.
  • Conduct structured follow-up with unsold showroom traffic and internet prospects to re-engage interest.
  • Track daily activity and performance against call, contact, and appointment goals for both dealerships.
  • Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales experience a plus).
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries for multiple dealership locations.
  • CRM system experience preferred (DealerSocket, VinSolutions, or similar).
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, driven, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time role, supporting both dealership sales departments.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours as required. There will be a set schedule in place.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $30,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
